Canada Shipping
To view international shipping rates, place items in the shopping cart. Shipping will automatically calculate as you select your address. These shipping rates do not include custom fees or import charges that may be incurred when the package enters your country for delivery.
Shipping Duties and Taxes
Canadian Duties and Taxes are not part of the shipping cost. All Canadian Duties and Taxes will be calculated by the carrier and are due at the time of delivery.

Duties and Taxes
You will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. We strongly suggest that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase.
If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs and duty charges will be billed to you by Lurenet. Once a package enters your country, these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not.
Lurenet will not issue a credit or refund in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees, refusal or abandonment.
International Returns
Please follow the instructions for returns found at Lurenet Return Policy. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Write down the tracking number for the return from your preferred shipping carrier to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse.
Any customs fee incurred by Lurenet will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges and customs fees that were assessed on the original order are non-refundable.
