Norman Deep Little N Bama Shad

Don't let the name fool you. Bama Shad isn't simply appealing to bass in the great state of Alabama. This is a pattern for any water type and clarity. Not many lure patterns can claim the title of completely original, but Bama Shad certainly does this with its definite relationship to a threadfin shad but with its bright blue shad â€Å"spot” on the head portion of the lure. This spot gives a bass an obvious point to hone in on as they attack the lure and provides more resemblance to shad with hints of blue on them. Bama Shad is great for clear water reservoirs, where there is an abundant population of Threadfin Shad or Blueback Herring. It also works well for fishing through suspended bait!
