Jon Thelen, Owner, Producer and Host of Jon Thelen’s Destination-Fish Television announced that Destination-Fish Television will expand to national markets entering the 2024-2025 airing season.

Destination-Fish will now be available on the Sportsman’s Channel beginning in December 2024 with four weeks of ice fishing shows followed by thirteen weeks of open water episodes beginning in January 2025. Destination-Fish will air four times per week throughout the seventeen-week Sportsman’s Channel run including prime Saturday and Sunday morning timeslots. Check local listing for all available airtimes. Destination-Fish will also be expanding north of the border with a first quarter, thirteen-week run featuring four airings per week on Sportsman’s Channel Canada, starting in January 2025.

In addition, Jon Thelen’s Destination-Fish will maintain its solid regional following while airing on the Fan Duel North and Fan Duel Wisconsin Networks (formerly Bally Sports) on Sunday mornings with eighteen weeks of great fishing action beginning Sunday, Dec. 1.

Quarters three and four will see continued Destination-Fish Television national expansion on the World Fishing Network with three airings per week, July through December.

In addition, Destination-Fish episodes will also be available to stream on MyOutdoorTV as well as on the Destination-Fish YouTube channel.

After producing and hosting Lindy’s Fish Ed Television in collaboration with PRADCO-Fishing for eight years, Thelen launched Destination-Fish in 2021 with the show format being designed to share tips and techniques with the average angler to help them enjoy more success during their own time on the water.

Bruce Stanton, General Manager of PRADCO-Fishing and long-time partner with Jon Thelen’s media ventures said “Destination-Fish is an important part of our marketing strategy. Jon is effective at teaching consumers how to utilize our fishing products, and we see the results as they make purchases at retail. It has been a long and meaningful relationship for PRADCO-Fishing.”

Jon Thelen’s Destination-Fish Television enters its fifth season with an eye to the future with this growth initiative as well as a solid sponsor base with both national and regionally based companies on board including the likes of PRADCO-Fishing, Yamaha Outboards, Johnson Outdoors, Flambeau Outdoors and L&M Fleet Supply to name a few.
