Rigs & Snells

The Lindy Rig revolutionized walleye fishing back in the early 1970s, and it remains one of the best, most-reliable fishing techniques for several reasons. Rigging allows anglers to cover water to locate fish, and keeps the bait in the strike zone. It also offers a multitude of modifications to maximize the bite, including the addition of tiny floats to keep the rig over low-growing aquatic vegetation, various “walking” type sinkers to minimize snags, beads, blades – if you can imagine it, you can modify a rig to match it.
