BOOYAH Pigskin Jig

10/01/08

Since the Bassmaster Classic is often dubbed the Super Bowl of Bass Fishing, it should be no surprise that Alton Jones chose to break out the Pigskin at Lake Hartwell. Prototype BOOYAH Pigskin Jigs were part of Alton’s winning arsenal throughout the 2008 Classic.

The Pigskin Jig begins with a BOOYAH Football Jig - the same jig Timmy Horton used to blow away the Elite Series field last summer at Lake Champlain – but it does not stop there. This unique football head jig features a hand-tied skirt that combines round rubber and silicone strands, providing the perfect combination of colors, and action.

The Pigskin Jig wields a Gamakatsu black nickel hook and sports a 60-strand fine-round-rubber and silicone skirt. It comes in four sizes - ¼-, 3/8, ½ and ¾ ounce – and six color schemes. MMSRP $3.69
