Have Fun & Hone your Skills with the BOOYAH Flipstah

10/17/08

As autumn leave fall from the trees, it’s hard to not start thinking about cold, dreary days just around the corner. Don’t be dismayed.

BOOYAH Bait Company can deliver flipping and pitching fun into your comfortable living room with the New BOOYAH Flipstah Casting Simulator game. Beyond being fun, the Flipstah offers a real tool for helping you make accurate presentations into tight places. That means you’ll be ready for action when you do get to get back out on the lake.

"The BOOYAH Flipstah will take your casting skills to a whole new level," said 2008 Bassmaster Classic champion Alton Jones. "The Flipstah is a must for every fisherman."

With the BOOYAH Flipstah, you use your own favorite rod and reel and rig it with a special magnetic Flipstah jig. Then you flip and pitch to light-up targets, some of which are blocked by movable stump obstacles. A remote LED scoreboard, meanwhile, tallies your points and calls out "BOOYAH!" every time you hit a target. The scoreboard, which looks like a depthfinder, also times the game and plays continuous music.

The timing feature allows you to compete against the clock, if you’re on your own, or to compete in one of three different games with up to four players. By moving obstacles and varying distances, you can further alter the character of the game and practice the skills you’ll need for a range of situations.

Casting targets include cups, which simulate tight holes in grass or timber tangles, and a small space under a dock, which requires a well-aimed "close to the water" delivery.

The BOOYAH Flipstah includes a foldable lake mat, two magnetic jigs, four light-up targets, a light-up dock, and LED scoreboard and a wireless remote. The Flipstah is available through Bass Pro Shops for $99.99. To order, call 1-800-BASS-PRO or visit Bass Pro Shops online.
